Treatments described on this site — including medical weight loss, hormone therapy, men’s health programs, IV therapy, and aesthetic treatments — are provided by licensed professionals and require a consultation. Prescription treatments require an evaluation and are not appropriate for everyone. Individual results vary, and nothing on this site is a promise of a particular outcome.

Booking through this site takes you to our scheduling platform, which has its own terms and privacy practices. An appointment request is confirmed only when we confirm it. Some services require a consultation, lab work, or a provider’s approval before they can be scheduled.

Our current appointment, cancellation, and no-show policy is given to you when you book and is available from the front desk on request.

Prices shown on this site are starting prices for planning purposes. They can change, they may not include every add-on or product, and they are not a quote. Your actual cost is confirmed at consultation or checkout.

Memberships are recurring monthly plans. The terms that bind — what is included, how billing runs, and how to cancel — are set out in the membership agreement you sign or accept at sign-up. Where that agreement and this page differ, the membership agreement controls.

You must be 18 or older to book services or submit a form through this site. Patients under 18 are seen only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian, where the service is appropriate at all.

The text, photography, layout, and branding on this site belong to Balanced Health & Wellness Long Beach or are used with permission. You may not copy, republish, or use them commercially without our written permission. Before-and-after photographs are of real patients, shown with consent, and are not a prediction of your result.

Do not send confidential clinical detail through the forms on this site. If you send us a review, testimonial, or photograph, you give us permission to publish it in connection with the practice unless you tell us otherwise. You are responsible for what you submit.

We link to services we do not control, including our booking platform, map providers, and social media. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or terms.
